Hem's Hakka is the culmination of journey of almost 30 years of our chef Mr. Hemanta Regmi.
Our chef has been trained in Hotel Management by T. John College, India. After finishing up his training he has been involved with many 5 star hotels such as Taj Group of Hotels in Nepal and India, Radisson Hotel in Nepal, Crown Plaza Holiday Inn, Rydges Plaza in Qatar, and Four Points by Sheraton in Canada. During his working in the kitchen of different hotels he has been extensively involved in the preparation of Indian, Chinese, along with the European cuisines. This has been a backbone for opening a Hakka restaurant in Kitchener which has been a dream for a very long time of our chef. He is offering mouth water delicacies with fusion of Asian flavors.
